In a video filmed at her home, Sophie begins by giving her hair a really good brush. She then spritzes it with dry shampoo - she loves Bardou - which she advises spraying into roots to give your hair body and hold the style for as long as possible.

Sophie's secret weapon is Babyliss heated rollers - and says you should only use the big ones in the pack. She says you should leave the rollers in for five minutes for a 'ladies who lunch look' or ten minutes for a curlier look
She then brushes the dry shampoo in before taking a big section of the top of her hair and tying it on the top of her head. She then splits the back section into two.

She says you should leave the rollers in for five minutes for a 'ladies who lunch look', or ten minutes for a curlier look.
After unrolling the rollers, shake your hair, separate it out with your hands and fluff it up.
Finally, take your hairspray - she uses normal strength L'Oreal Elnett - and spray a lot over your hair, lifting it up and spraying underneath for a Kate-esque look.
